Location and Hours
Concordia Lutheran School is located at Holy Cross Lutheran Church and is in session from 8:45 AM to 3:15 PM during the school year. Parents may pick up their children no later than 4:00 PM.
Academics
Concordia Lutheran School offers Washington State Certified curriculum including:
Reading and Phonics, meeting the individual academic needs of each child.
Mathematics
using hands-on manipulative's.
Social
Studies to explore people and cultures.
Art
with an emphasis on expanding each child’s creativity.
Science
with a hands-on approach to explore living things within our
environment.
Music
using numerous instruments to explore rhythm and percussion.
History
Spokane Lutheran School, the forerunner of Concordia Lutheran School, was established in 1902 by St. John’s Lutheran Church in downtown Spokane, and it served the Spokane community for over 100 years. As the school grew, it moved to different locations throughout Spokane. Today, Concordia Lutheran School offers a full-day Kindergarten at Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
