Our nine-week fall LifeLight Bible study begins September 19, 20, and 21 with classes offered Monday nights at 7 p.m., Tuesday mornings at 10 a.m., and Wednesday nights at 7 p.m.
This fall LifeLight participants will study Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi, the last three books of the Old Testament. The study will include a review of what was happening in Israel during and after the Babylonian exile to provide context for the message of the prophets prior to the arrival of Jesus.
LifeLight Bible studies are a great opportunity to engage in a small group at Holy Cross. They give structure to devotional time by providing you with a small amount of daily study for five days a week. Then once a week you gather with a group to discuss what you’ve studied and see what insights others have learned as well.
Registration forms are in Sunday bulletins and on the oak table in the narthex. Sign up by placing your completed form in the basket on the oak table, and pick up your LifeLight Study book on Sunday, September 11, to begin your study of the first week’s lessons. Discussion groups begin meeting September 19, 20, and 21.
